Redmine Kepler - Bug #1666 (Resolved): Create actor(s) for openModeller frameworkhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/16662004-09-01T05:16:45ZRicardo Pereirarpereira@ku.edu

Need to create actors for openModeller Ecological Niche Modeling framework.

Potential actors to be created:

openModeller: Create Model
openModeller: Projection
openModeller: Sample

These actors will replace current GARP actors and correspondent C++ code in
Kepler.
Kepler - Bug #1665 (Resolved): Review ENM/GARP pipeline so it works with openModeller actorhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/16652004-09-01T05:12:56ZRicardo Pereirarpereira@ku.edu

Replacing the current GARP code in Kepler by openModeller will force
modifications to the current ENM/GARP pipeline.

Chad sent me the latest version of the pipeline, created during the last BEAM
meeting in Sevilleta Field Station in Feb/2004.

I will take advantage of the opportunity and will show the pipeline to Town
Peterson so it can be review once more by the field experts.
Kepler - Bug #1664 (Resolved): Configure openModeller Java bindinghttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/16642004-09-01T05:09:08ZRicardo Pereirarpereira@ku.edu

openModeller Java binding needs to be configured so that openModeller objects
can be used in Java clients. The Java binding will be used to build
openModeller Kepler actor.
