This has to do with plots being sampled for planted stems above level 2.
InfoVeg - Bug #2915: Need to have rules for "odd" levels for data: planted stems >= level 3 and cover data <= level 2https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/2915?journal_id=100662007-08-29T22:03:45ZMichael Leemlee@nceas.ucsb.edu

We used to restrict what happens by business rules. Now, the database is a bit more open for those who have (inadvertently) expanded their plots. Or plots should always be able to increase in level.

One thing associated with this is that any plot, at any level, needs to be resampleable, but pre-printed datasheets may not be part of the mix. Perhaps summary reports of data in from last year should be available, but that's not central to what we are doing now.
InfoVeg - Bug #2915: Need to have rules for "odd" levels for data: planted stems >= level 3 and cover data <= level 2https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/2915?journal_id=100672013-03-27T21:21:43ZRedmine Admin
