Redmine Bug #5038 (Resolved): Assessment items not displayed on the websitehttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/50382010-06-03T14:44:34ZSandeep Namilikondasandeep.namilikonda@gmail.com

Assessments uploaded to the Bespin server via Morpho are visible under Morpho
interface as a saved data package. But, the same assessment is shown to have
ZERO items when viewed on the FIRST website!

e.g., 2007F_BS111_Exam1 (moyerbrailean.452.18) and Jay_BS111_2007Fall_Exam1 (jlee.4079.4)

This happens especially when an assessment is re-opened for edits and saved
on to the server.
Bug #4901 (Resolved): Web interface does not display assessments!https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/49012010-03-24T14:44:15ZSandeep Namilikondasandeep.namilikonda@gmail.com

The "Browse All Assessments" option on the FIRST website hosted by the
EGR server is corrupt/flawed currently. Instead of displaying a list of
links to various assessments, it displays a concatenated string of the
name of the various assessments. My guess is that the XML parser that
generates suitable HTML to be displayed is not properly functioning.
Even logging in as a valid user doesn't seem to change the behavior.

Another thing I noticed was that when a user logs in, the browser link
displayed is http://www.egr.msu.edu/first/metacat and the page display
shows:
Authentication successful for user: uid=namilikonda,o=MSU,dc=ecoinformatics,dc=org 58F85F0FFE9DD361CFD4ED520D044E80

Further, when a user goes back to the main page and clicks on
"Browse All Assessments", the following information is displayed and
all the navigation buttons disappear.

This problem apply to all the exam i parsed so far.
Bug #4127 (Resolved): When image is added question, the mouse cursor moves to other questionhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/41272009-06-03T17:00:41ZJay Leeleejon20@msu.edu

Finl Exam Fall 2002

Image drop function is not working properly for question 81,82,83, and 84, when I tried to add image into question 81, The Mouse cusor moved to other question(q58) and it did not let me scroll down the questions so I can not add the image into question 81. When I moved image back to image pane, question 81 comes back to place.
Bug #3972 (Resolved): image does now appears on main item windowhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/39722009-04-10T19:35:01ZJay Leeleejon20@msu.edu

when i edit item with images on exam2 from 2002, the question 47-49, and question 51-52, i drop the images that i manually defined from previous stage, then the image does not show up after i dropped it off into items. it seems like image is right there but i could not see it.
Bug #3969 (Resolved): Choices may be deleted due to indentation! (parser issue)https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/39692009-04-10T07:02:04ZSandeep Namilikondasandeep.namilikonda@gmail.com

While parsing "Fall 02-Exam2.pdf", I noticed that q44 was being misclassified as a short-answer question when it is actually a true/false question. During my debugging process I discovered that one of the choices was being deleted in
separateQuestions() function due to some logic that checks for the indentation between the a line of text (say, a question) and the subsequent line (may be a new line of the same question or a choice or a new question). The specific case I encountered was:

line 219:

44. The unique contribution of Rosiland Franklin to the structure of DNA was that the diameter of DNA

line 220:

was not uniform throughout the length of the molecule.

line 221:

A. True

line 222:

B. False

In this example, line 221 was just being removed by the following piece of code:

if(indented && current.getBbox().x < question.getBbox().x){
// it's indented to the left, so probably a new question
doc.remove(i);
i--;
Bug #3964 (Resolved): user defined imagehttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/39642009-04-07T23:00:51ZJay Leeleejon20@msu.edu

parser does not recognize the usder defined image.
i don't know how to attach the pdf file in here so i will send pdf file using listserver.
Bug #3875 (Resolved): seraching for items does not return individual itemhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/38752009-03-10T18:10:59ZJay Leeleejon20@msu.edu

When searching the particular items using keywords, it returns entire exam rather than individual items. for example, serching for "amino", it returns entire exam sets on the web not just individual items having "amino".

we need to give back individual items rather than entire exam set when people search for items by using "meta data" or "keywords".

similary Web should have a function that user can add individual items into cart rather than entire exam set. for example, if i found 3 items having "amino" on three seperate exam sets, i should be able to add just those items not entire three exam sets into data cart.
Bug #3871 (Resolved): HTML tagshttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/38712009-03-08T22:48:15ZJay Leeleejon20@msu.edu

it seems like it shows HTML tags on the web browser if items were modified from the parser.
Bug #3860 (Resolved): installation error on VISTAhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/38602009-03-05T19:31:55ZJay Leeleejon20@msu.edu

when i tried to install Morpho(alpha3), i got this error message.

"
C:/program files/ Morphofirst-17.0(Access denied)"

and it stopped the installation.
Bug #3343 (Resolved): clicking 'Launch Parser' does not work properlyhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/33432008-05-30T16:54:17ZMatt Jonesjones@nceas.ucsb.edu

Clicking 'Launch Parser' from the dialog that is accessed from 'Data|Parse Assessment' doesn't work, and behaves in one of two ways. Either it 1) does nothing visible on the UI, or 2) opens a blank grey dialog box with the title 'Assessment Importer'. To reproduce, just click the link.
