Redmine Bug #2140 (New): need dataset extraction WF for documentation/example purposeshttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/21402005-07-05T21:20:47ZChad Berkleyberkley@nceas.ucsb.edu

We need a simple dataset extraction workflow for documentation/example purposes.
This goes along with the helloworld and R workflows. This was decided at the
june 05 kepler meeting.
Bug #2129 (New): Data sources' schema attribute should not be stored in MoMLhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/21292005-06-16T22:43:36ZEfrat Jaegerjaeger@ecoinformatics.org

1- The schema attribute in the data dousrces should not be stored in the moml
description of an actor. This creates huge moml files that consume a lot of
time and memory resources to be parsed.

2- Caching the data source schema may also save the time of recreating it,
once an actor is found in the data search tab.
Bug #1981 (New): Extend database query actor to handle datatypeshttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/19812005-02-16T01:24:37ZEfrat Jaegerjaeger@ecoinformatics.org

Currently return a string representation of the output. Should be extended to
specify the type of the 'string' output as well.
Bug #1890 (In Progress): Add query builder to generic db actorhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/18902005-01-20T18:54:48ZEfrat Jaegerjaeger@ecoinformatics.org

Modify the db actor to populate the query builder schema and use it through
the look inside option. Find out how to access MS Access schema in java
(Michael Finch?).
