Create classes to find and display the available documentation for installed modules or suites.
Bug #4632 (Resolved): problems when loading a KAR, changing the workflow, then re-saving the KARhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/46322009-12-14T23:07:12ZOliver Soongsoong@nceas.ucsb.edu

Create a workflow and report and save the KAR. Next, change the workflow (i.e., bump the MOML LSID), save the KAR (overwrite or not doesn't seem to matter), and run it. The report should be blank. Sometimes, the ROML still exists in the KAR, so closing and re-opening works fine. In this case, the run archive contains the correct workflow_ROML.xml entry and a different ROML.#.xml that doesn't match the workflow_ROML.xml entry. Other times, the ROML seems to be lost from the KAR, in which case the run archive has no workflow_ROML.xml entry and a blank ROML.#.xml.
Bug #4608 (Resolved): ROML in KAR files not being shown at allhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/46082009-12-08T20:10:55ZOliver Soongsoong@nceas.ucsb.edu

ROML in KAR files is not being loaded. This happens regardless of the LSID in the workflow and ROML matching the InstanceAuthNamespace. This happens regardless of opening from a local repository or not.

This is happening at 22117, but I think I also saw it at 22111. I'm guessing it has something to do with 22083, although I can't be sure.
Bug #4507 (Resolved): report designer losing content when there are too many itemshttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/45072009-10-27T23:25:05ZOliver Soongsoong@nceas.ucsb.edu

If I have a lot of items in the report designer, the scroll bar seems to be too short for the content. Eventually, there are figures that are above and below the scrollable area and are not accessible. They still show up in reports, though.
Bug #4457 (Resolved): Workflow Run Manager - past Report Layouts don't openhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/44572009-10-15T00:13:46ZDerik Barseghianbarseghian@nceas.ucsb.edu

If in WRP you create a report layout, run the workflow, quit and restart kepler, and then "Open Workflow in New Window" for this run, the workflow and report for will be viewable, but the report layout does not show up.
Bug #4238 (Resolved): Report Designer - Improve the listeners for the static items.https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/42382009-07-10T20:24:25Zdebi staggsstaggs@nceas.ucsb.edu

Right now there is a mouse listener that takes the values from the section static report item field and puts it into the model. Because of this, unless you click the mouse outside of the section field or text field before dragging another static report item onto the report, sometimes the text value will not be in the model, and so when the view is re-rendered, the text will disappear. Usually this does not happen since for the most part the user clicks somewhere before dragging over the next item. But it is happening if the user has typed in some text and not clicked on anything else yet. The model gets out of sync with the view, and text fields are not rendered correctly. The work around right now is to click anywhere in the report designer after you drop a panel, or make changes to it, this ensures that the model is updated.
Bug #4236 (Resolved): Report Designer - Can't add two static image items and then change their im...https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/42362009-07-10T19:58:01Zdebi staggsstaggs@nceas.ucsb.edu

If you add two static image items all is well when you first assign the images to the items. You can also successfully render those two images. HOWEVER, if you try to swap the image of either item it produces an uncaught error and the report designer will freeze.
Bug #4214 (Resolved): Report Designer - Dragging workflow components near report fields adds tex...https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/42142009-06-30T22:05:03ZChad Berkleyberkley@nceas.ucsb.edu

If you drag an actor or ports of an actor to the canvas and accidentally drop them into a text field, text from the moml of the actor is deposited into the text field. This should not happen.
Bug #4212 (Resolved): Report Designer - Clicking the delete button removes unselected itemshttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/42122009-06-30T21:59:19ZChad Berkleyberkley@nceas.ucsb.edu

If nothing is selected on the canvas and I click the delete button, it seems to remove a randomly chosen component. If nothing is selected, nothing should be removed. Also, items that are selected need to have a larger selection border. It's hard to see that the skinny border is blue.
Bug #4210 (Resolved): Report Designer - scrollbar goes off the screenhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/42102009-06-30T18:07:54ZChad Berkleyberkley@nceas.ucsb.edu

The scrollbar on the right goes off of the screen so that I can't see the bottom of it.
Bug #4209 (Resolved): Report Designer - Text randomly disappears when dragging new componentshttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/42092009-06-30T18:04:54ZChad Berkleyberkley@nceas.ucsb.edu

If you have some text components on the canvas with text in them, then you drag a new component onto the canvas, some of the text randomly disappears. Especially if you have text in a component, then add text to that component, then drag a new component out, it will revert the text back to what was originally there.
Bug #4208 (Resolved): Report Designer - dragging from the component window to the canvas does not...https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/42082009-06-30T18:01:40ZChad Berkleyberkley@nceas.ucsb.edu

If you drag a component from the components pane onto the canvas between two components, the new component shows up at the bottom of the stack instead of where you dragged it, even though the mouse cursor turns to the + icon. Either the mouse cursor should not change or the component should be added where you drop it.
Bug #4207 (Resolved): Report Designer - drop area is too smallhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/42072009-06-30T17:56:00ZChad Berkleyberkley@nceas.ucsb.edu

When dragging components around on the canvas, the drop area is too small so it's hard to get components to go where they need to go. The mouse cursor changes to the green plus ("+") icon, which I think is not the right icon to use. That cursor indicates that something is being added, which it's not. It's just being moved.

The size of the drop area should be increased and the mouse cursor should not use the + icon.
Bug #4206 (Resolved): Report Designer - layout in left pane is scrunched uphttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/42062009-06-30T17:53:25ZChad Berkleyberkley@nceas.ucsb.edu

The panel on the left from which you drag components is too small initially. You have to drag to make it larger. It should always default to being large enough to see the components and to be able to drag them.
Bug #4205 (Resolved): Report Designer - dragging component makes text disappearhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/42052009-06-30T17:51:56ZChad Berkleyberkley@nceas.ucsb.edu

When you drag a component around the canvas, the text in the text boxes disappears. It should remain in the dragged component.
