Redmine Feature #6419 (Closed): Add Dryad and DataONE schemas to Metacat cataloghttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/64192014-02-14T19:23:04Zben leinfelderleinfelder@nceas.ucsb.edu

Rather than rely on xsi:schemaLocation being accessible and valid, we should incorporate released schemas from DataONE and Dryad to support validation of their content - both for MN and CN use of Metacat.
Feature #6415 (Closed): Make all objects publicly readable on MN.publish()https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/64152014-02-11T18:25:47Zben leinfelderleinfelder@nceas.ucsb.edu

Feb 11th, 2014
matt: I think it should be made public, including data, but as Jing indicated, we should give them fair warning and the option to cancel
Feature #6402 (Closed): Rebrand identity service https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/64022014-01-31T19:55:32ZLauren Walkerwalker@nceas.ucsb.edu

Include logos of KNB, DataONE, Kepler and GoA
Feature #6346 (Resolved): Make # READ events available in SOLR indexhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/63462014-01-03T17:38:53Zben leinfelderleinfelder@nceas.ucsb.edu

I'd suggest using the dynamic fields we have at our disposal: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Dynamic+Fields
Something like "read_count_i" for the dynamicField name.

We need to add a channel for getting name/value pairs into the index that is not based on the document content, but any arbitrary code that wants to include values in the index for a given document.
Feature #6305 (Resolved): Disable ecogrid links in rendered EMLhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/63052013-12-13T23:33:48ZLauren Walkerwalker@nceas.ucsb.eduFeature #6285 (Resolved): Handle EML singleDateTime field in SOLR indexhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/62852013-12-06T19:38:42ZLauren Walkerwalker@nceas.ucsb.edu

Data packages may store temporal coverage in as a range of dates - beginDate and endDate or as a single date - singleDateTime - which is currently not in the schema file. This is preventing data sets described by a singleDateTime from being included in data coverage year searches.
