Redmine Bug #5492 (New): Install Metacat 1.9.5, workflow scheduler and workflow run engine on the SANPark...https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/54922011-09-14T16:40:41ZJing Taotao@nceas.ucsb.edu

After release workflow scheduler and workflow run engine, I will install those products on the SANParks server. Also I will set up scheduler to run the TPC workflows.
Bug #5491 (New): Wrap up the TPC workflows and upload the kar file to SANPARKS metacathttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/54912011-09-14T16:37:50ZJing Taotao@nceas.ucsb.edu

Currently, only tpc01-buffalo-tb and tpc09-plant-dynamics are in good shape. I will try my best to complete the other workflows as possible as I can.
Bug #3007 (Resolved): Create SAEON skin with same/similar features as SANParks skinhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/30072007-11-18T02:46:59Zben leinfelderleinfelder@nceas.ucsb.edu

create new skin with a SAEON look and feel but with all the sanparks capabilities.
for left hand nav (node selection), make sure saeon nodes are above sanparks nodes.
see http://www.saeon.ac.za/ for L+F
Bug #2972 (Resolved): alter spatial search to only include fully enclosed [center] pointshttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/29722007-10-02T17:06:43Zben leinfelderleinfelder@nceas.ucsb.edu

When searching using the spatial search (bounding box and point clicking), only fully contained points (and in the case of bounding boxes, their centers) should be returned by the query. currently if a dataset intersects with the search bounding box it is returned (which is problematic because many wide-area datasets are included in search results).

note that this will apply to all other metacat spatial searches, not just sanparks. perhaps both intersection and contained search strategies will be made available as options and determined with a parameter...
Bug #2931 (New): Automatically include default upload file names for inserting ESRI data packageshttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/29312007-09-04T02:02:13ZChris Barteaubarteau@nceas.ucsb.edu

Present the user with a single update field for the metadata file (displayed on the metadata page). Upon file selection, add additional update fields to the page populated with the default file types for an ESRI data package. Include a button to dynamicaly increase the number of upload file fields.
Bug #2930 (In Progress): Improve Login, Upload, Query results, and Metdata display aestheticshttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/29302007-09-04T01:34:08ZChris Barteaubarteau@nceas.ucsb.edu

For the metadata display, modify XSLT and CSS files to modify the resulting HTML form for aesthetics. For the other forms, modify their related JSP/HTML/CSS files to improve form aesthetics, and make them more consistent with other metacat forms.
Bug #2929 (Resolved): Change permission to the update formhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/29292007-09-04T01:19:59ZChris Barteaubarteau@nceas.ucsb.edu

On the metadata display form, at the top of the 'update file' section, add an 'allow public access' checkbox. Modify the XSLT file to include this. Include this functionality in the related java method call.
Bug #2928 (Resolved): Set permissions on individual inserted fileshttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/29282007-09-04T01:11:10ZChris Barteaubarteau@nceas.ucsb.edu

When a new data package is created, loop thru all uploaded files and set the accesses to the same as that set for the metadata file.
Bug #2927 (Resolved): Upon file update, return to Metadata page (updated with new Doc Id)https://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/29272007-09-04T01:04:19ZChris Barteaubarteau@nceas.ucsb.edu

After update button is pressed, return to the metadata page. Update the XSLT DOC ID parameter with new Doc Id (new version). Should display updated doc Id's.
Bug #2926 (Resolved): Develop Download links for SANParks datahttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/29262007-09-04T00:54:38ZChris Barteaubarteau@nceas.ucsb.edu

Develop links to download the data. One link to download the entire data package (as a zip file) and download links for each file within the package. Develop java code to make client calls to MetacatClient. Develop new java code to download all files and package them into a zip file.

Modify the related XSLT and CSS files to improve the resulting HTML aesthetics. Place the package download link at the top of metadata display.
Bug #2925 (Resolved): Put Delete buttons in the metadata 'Update' formhttps://projects.ecoinformatics.org/ecoinfo/issues/29252007-09-04T00:44:47ZChris Barteaubarteau@nceas.ucsb.edu

Modify XSLT code to generate a delete button for each file in the Update section of the metadata display. Modify/debug java code to handle the delete calls to metacat. Develop JUnit tests for java methods.

Modify XSLT file to modify the resulting HTML form for aesthetics. Place the delete buttons next to the Update buttons.
