Description
the line endings in the data file need to be replaced before sas is run. if it
is running on windows, use /r/n and if unix use /n.

Added a method in DataMassager.java to figure out what the line endings are and
change them if needed. The preferred line ending is set in the config.xml file
under the element LineEnding. This is set in the build file by a token
"lineending". SAS will now run on all of the datasets that I have as test data
including the ones I pulled directly from the knb.
