This page is up at:

vegbank.org/vegdocs/workshop

(you are actually redirectly from that page to the "Current" workshop page.
Thus, each workshop will have its own address (ie index2003.html and
2004/workshop2004.html) which we can link to, or we can say the top address for
the "current" workshop page.

Emails going to which lee and anderson receive.
