Description
We eventually want users to report bugs in a friendly vegbank form, not an
unfriendly (or at least different) bugzilla form.

we have removed links to bugzilla from the website. All bugs should be reported
with help@vegbank.org and we will add them to bugzilla as becomes necessary.
Still, the servlet to deal with adding info to bugzilla automatically could be
nice. The filter of us adding when emailed is pretty good, too.

no more links to bugzilla from site. They email us with problems, which is a
perfect solution for this
