Description

rules for showing picking what community from commInterpretation and plant
concept for each taxonObs need to be developed. See VegBranch for a first cut
of this, as this functionality exists there.

a default rule will be developed, for which caching of plot views and XML may be
used. If the user wishes to deviate from that, we will eventually allow that,
but views will be slower.

do need by aug 2005. Several limtited options: current, original, best
fit/confidence, see VegBranch export to NPS-PLOTS

add denorm fields to taxonObs indicating those with multiple taxonInts. Perhaps
same thing for observations with multiple comms.

this is done: plants from taxonInterpretation get shown, but comms may still
needs some "smart" choices. TaxonInterp just uses originalInterpretation
boolean flag. If multiple, just uses first one.

best fit comm and original interp and most recent interp are now available as
denormalized fields in observation. Still todo: display in views using these.

this is handled now- available on download, and all interps are available from
views. This will only be needed if there is a higher level observation summary,
then someone will want to choose only one comm.

allow std view of plots to be configurable as to which comms to see (most recent, best fit, original) and what names (CEGL, full name, translated, etc.)
