Description
Several lines of data in the db have encoding irregularities, probably b/c of
mishandling of encoding in PLOTS db or EcoArt. Fix these. Records in question are:
commName.commName ID = 17107 (Pani*ama*Coastal*Med?o) ?= ')o(' character
commClass.commClass_ID = 957, CEGL005254. Description contained unknown
brackets or quotes (likely guess)
commConcept.commConcept_ID: 1558,2168
