The following was completed and checked into CVS on August 16:

Structural changes to move the concept and tree packages out of the server
packages to the taxon level for use by both the server and client.

Added the classes necessary to for the client to connect to the server instead
of having them generated by WSDL2Java as well as a configuration file for
handling the URL and port number.
