also add validation to accessionCode fields:

and message:
The Accession Code you tried to enter is invalid. Please let VegBranch enter
accessionCodes. If you have edited the accessionCode, you can return it to its
original value, or make it null.

Trying this out a bit and seeing if it works when linked tables.
