The initial diff is done, and only about 55 plants differ. Sent email to Bob
with details, which I also attach to this bug. How to deal with differences?

nevermind, not attaching, as it's annoying to attach binaries in Bugzilla.

the differences have been passed to Bob and Michael is waiting for further
instruction on them.

I'm not sure if we still want to do this. We need new concepts, not old ones.
