and then be able to fill in parents for places. Probably add a new field for
"completely" within the parent, as quads are not completely in their states, nor
are they necessarily in the country

also add some more denormalized fields to plot. Need to backfill states and
countries where possible from other places. Need to decide how to deal with
Lat/Long plots that have no specific place names.

new namedplaceCorrelation added on aldo. Need to test that its addition doesn't
pose problems for compile of java beans, etc. (full redeploy there needed).
Then need to populate this table with SQL from /src/sql/throwaways.
Still need to reduce the duplicated quadrangles that cross state lines into
single quadrangles and adjust how VegBranch looks for these. And add the new
table to VegBranch.

done! Just need to run the sql script when we rebuild vegbank. Reminder is
listed in the wiki page for rebuilding vegbank.org
