Description
Not sure exactly how to do this. Probably best to have a system wide stop date
on all the NatureServe Comms, making sure an equivalent exists in the system
elsewhere. Queries for "current" views will filter out old comms.

old communities UPDATED to no longer "accepted" by NatureServe, thus resolving
this problem. Any correlatable concepts were correlated.
