Description

Interpreting a taxon on this plot is broken, probably just needs to be rewritten
to vegbank:get. I'm happy to help with doing so.

Almost completely fixed. Need to deal with embargoes. Need to always set
emb_taxoninterpretation to 0. I added a form item like this, but needs
referencing in struts action.
