closedLogin on IE doesn't work (use aldo.msi.ucsb.edu, works there)

Thought this was fixed, but it is not. In IE 6, go to aldo.vegbank.org. Then
press My Account. Then login. Then do the login. Then try to submit plots.
Takes back to login screen. Login again anyway. Still takes you back to
homepage. Still not logged in. Click "download 0 items" and it will say that
you aren't logged in, if you really only have 0 items.

latest in this saga is that it does seem to work on vegbank, but not aldo.
Could have to do with P3P settings req'd by default on IE6

we think this is resolved for now, as vegbank.org login works on IE, but not for
aldo, which would still be nice to have. Setting for Milestone 1.2

setting further back. Doesn't seem to hinder anything on vegbank.org

this is a problem beause we can't test things that require login on IE before
moving to vegbank. Like mapping datasets, for example. Complicating matters
even more, I WAS able to login this morning on IE.

Cookies may not be the problem. IE does set and read cookies properly for aldo
when it comes to USDA codes being displayed by default on the pages. JSessionID
must be changing. The settings for links should be not http:// but /placeToGo

Cookie JSESSION ID value remains the same.
