Description
TaxonAlt is a newer table than most, so its lack of existence as a key is
understandable. To this point in time, few plots have required it to be there,
but some have it, so this is strange. Also strange that the load continues,
even though there is an error.

To test this, we need to get some XML that has taxonAlt entities in it, then attempt to load it (obviously on aldo, not vegbank), then grep for taxonalt in the log, and see if the taxonAlts load properly. If no errors in that process, then this bug can be resolved (worksforme, I guess)
