Description

This is in the commClass table. Changes need to filter to vegbank database,
model beans, XML, VegBranch, data dictionary.

Expert System is boolean, should be descriptive
Add Plot Rationale field: why was this plot sampled?

all changes made to db_model_vegbank.xml except for field to explicitly state no species. Not yet checked in, however.

changes script checked into /src/sql/vegbank-changes-1.0.5.sql

Now needs testing that
1) accessionCodes update (YES they do)
2) other fields get populated in XML Load
3) SQLStore still works with all the changes
