Description
We think searching all counties within a state was an option previously. This seems useful.

If I understand correctly, you would like the first county in the pick list to be “allâ€. This sounds like a good idea to me.

Or perhaps better yet would be "--all--" in the pick list as it's really clear that the county is not called "all."

Fixed in the testing site: 152.2.14.231/website/NCFloraTest
This fix involves changes in the java servlet classes, which can only be updated by the system admin staff of biology department. I will postpone the update of this change to the herbarium server to the time when I finish my first round of fixing of current bugs, because I do not want to bother the admin staff to copy, paste files and restart the server everytime when there is fix ready for update. You can still visit the http://152.2.14.231/website/NCFloraTest site for checking the results.
