Description
decimal values should be truncated to the floor() integer. Make this happen automatically. Add a note so users don't get frustrated that 24.7 goes to 24.

This only applies to big stems, as planted stems form can hold decimal data types. The big stems on the natural stems form should round down if non-integral.
