Description
In the SelectDataFile screen, if we pick a data file that doesn't have at least as many columns as there are questions in the assessment, we should warn the user. Most likely this is an error - if they're assigning scores there must be at least this many columns.

Made changes in SelectDataFile.setupListeners to make this test happen.
