Description
There are several screens that need to be fixed to deal with student data being in columns rather than rows:
1. DataTypeSpecification
2. IdentifyStudentColumn
3. CheckForEquallySpacedColumns
4. LabelDataColumns

This is not really that big of a deal, and users can re-arrange their
spreadsheet to handle this case. So I think it makes more sense to mark it as
post-clientprototype. (Resubmit after fire)
