Description
Create a class that will handle standard properties, but will maintain comments, spaces and property order.

SortedProperties class was created in the utilities module. This class supports sorted properties that maintain comments and spacing. It also supports non persistant setting of properties, so multiple properties can be written to memory before persisting to file.
