Description

On the LTER skin, the "logged in" link tries to take you to:

/knb/style/skins/lter/style/skins/lter/metacatlogin.jsp

LTER Skin has a branding_extensions.js file that overrides branding.js. Added the contextURL to the insertLoginBox method so it appends the context url. This is the same as what was done already in branding.js.
