Description

It's likely this is because it calls setImagePanelVisible (true) which works on the whole hierarchy; should probably just set visibility manually. Might be tough to differentiate this case ...

Changes in the way dropping images works has made this bug irrelevant; there is
no longer a way to show/hide the image drop targets because they are
automatically shown/hidden when an image drag/drop begin. (Resubmit after fire)
