Description

after clicking the "add question", i think it would be better if that button change to "question added". since it does not show anything, it might confuse the user and make them re-click that button.

"Add Question" label may be misinterpreted as adding the question to the database. We resolved this by having a "tool-tip-text" that explains the function of the button better.
