Description
i think it would be better if there is add question option on the top of question page. there is some case that parser could not extract the first question but the only option we can add that question is to add it as next question.

Add new button to each question item to add a question above or below instead of just below.

This bug has been fixed by providing a user with an option to add questions above or below the current question!
