Description
Today, Chris Jones reported that the timed replication doesn't work between knb and psico metacats. I checked the metacat.properties and found the timed replication is set as false. So I logined as user tao, who is the knb metacat administrator, and submitted the request to turn on the timed replication. However, I checked the metacat.properties again and found the replication.timedreplication is still false.
