Description
When a user clicks on an assessment to view its metadata and item details
on FIRST website, there is no option on the new page generated to actually
add that assessment to the data cart. The user has to go back to the page that
displays the list of assessments to be able to add it to the data cart, which is
not that user-friendly!

That's a reasonable feature - and convenient - and shouldn't be that difficult to implement

added cart buttons to the assessment screen so that you can add or remove assessments from your cart when viewing the details. not on fred yet.
