Description

The FIRST website seems to have unusually long turnaround time with displaying
assessment items when a user clicks on the "details" link associated with an
assessment! The same functionality works pretty fast on Bespin.

I'm trying this on EGR now and it seems like the response time is pretty fast. I heard rumors of a server restart - has that been done and did that fix the long response times?
