Ontology Browser - omit the ontology URI from top-level

Description

The ontology browsing tree is confusing because the ontology URI for every active (and implicitly active) ontology is shown at the top of the tree.
Then subclasses can repeat themselves in the OBOE ontology since extension ontologies inherit from it and we are rendering the entire hierarchy under every top level node.

If the ontology URI is omitted (and simply indicated somewhere else in the node label) then we don't have this confusing duplication

ontology is not the top level - only the appropriate superclass[es] for the widget are shown.
the Ontology name appears as a separate column next to the class names
