Description

Discussed extensively on IRC, as well as a bit in email that kicked it off (bowers):
---
I think a "fill in the blank" kind of approach might be really useful
for when we try to annotate datasets to oboe domain-extension
concepts. This is also probably useful for when we define concepts
(ontology editing) as well -- as part of our ongoing discussions of
best practices.

Attached is a proposal for a "fill in the blank" approach to oboe
annotations, with an a couple of examples from the dataset Matt
created. (This does not contain the contentious "depth" column).

This is only a very simple fill-in-the blank "form". One could imagine
similar ones for other cases, e.g., when there are multiple contexts,
to add protocols, precision, units, etc.

We could also break this up into measurements and context (so, one
type of fill-in-the-blank form for what is "recorded" and another for
the relationships between the entities).

bowers: Here is the whole madlib (i think):

The <characteristic> of the <entity*> was recorded using the <standard> standard and the <protocol> protocol, where the <entity*> was <context> the <entity>.

For the existing 4 item annotation page that includes:
-Entity
-Characteristic
-Standard
-Protocol

I propose using this this partial sentence as a starting point.

The <characteristic> of the <entity*> was recorded using the <standard> standard and the <protocol> protocol

There is a separate dialog for adding context.

There's now a version of the mad lib form when you use the "Annotate current column..." option.

added mad lib phrasing to the "Add Context..." menu:

"The Observation was made where the <Entity> was <Relationship> the <Entity>"

Reuse this madib UI in a tab where the Annotation Table is located.
When this "Column View" tab is selected:
-display the madlib phrase for this selected column
-if no column is currently selected there is a message saying you should select one
