Leaving the developer 'Execution engine status' page open can cause problems for the apache server - the apache thread hangs.

Paul suggests:
Remove the html meta tag that refreshes the page automatically, and add a link to the bottom of the page that we can use to manually refresh.

Also, remove the refresh meta tag from the detail page that you get when you drill into the details of any given engine.
