Description
The SOLR results use PID as the identifier but the Metacat API for rendering metadata uses docid. We should allow optional use of a pid parameter so that DOIs are fully supported.

This was committed along with a different change. But might as well stick with it as I think it will be important as we go forward with SOLR query results.
