Description
Allocate 1 week. ML will work on this in Oct & Nov. ML needs to expand and
import the help file from VegBranch to apply here. These must be evaluated by
PIs and staff. -First step is for ML to develop definition of scope via
discussion with RP & MJ

great progress has been made with this. There is now a place to put both pop-up
help html files as well as a more comprehensive help manual. These need to be
linked in with each file where applicable better. This was going to be in the
footer, accomplished with javascript, but this approach has caused much to break
and is not being considered currently. As more functionality is built, so too
will the documentation of course need to grow.

HELP buttons now work throughout the site to link to tutorial. Tutorial has
been updated for content and now supports cross frame highlighting, using js.
click HELP on any page and you'll get the tutorial. Clicking the tutorial in
the picklist at top of page takes you to beginning of tutorial.

Lots has changed since the tutorial was written. Probably needs to be updated. But is this a good format for it?
