Definately need this by Nov. 1 meeting. 2 files to download. In a zipped
archive would be great. Otherwise, download 2 files is fine, too. Currently,
you get the two files in one file, it's awkward. Here it is:

HTML export needs to be either removed from the page (recommended) or fixed. If
not removed, could just use the stylesheet that shows the full plot details off
the xml.

xml needs to be written in unicode, as errors result in file if author of plant
has umlauts.

re last comment, check plot_ID=98, with plant:

Reports split into two files if entire plot requested and then ZIPed with DOS
line-endings

Unicode Characters pass through the system untouched, unicode (UTF-8 i think) is
the real format of the download rather than ASCII but thats fine since it will
look the same to ASCII viewers and richer viewer will show a wider range of chars.

Reports availible directly from display results screen, this was usefull in
testing but may be usefull for users too?

changed from components that are to be deleted to "misc" so that bugs don't get
deleted with component. Sorry for all the email.
