VegBank

This is a really nice feature that we'd like to have, but it doesn't seem very
high priority to me. Once we get gobs of projects, this will be nearly essential.

summary view is complete. Now need search tool. MetaSearch will suffice for a
while.

add geographical range, people who contributed, add sorting (dates), plot counts.

plot counts and people and places are added. Sorting still not implemented
(vegbank:pager makes this one challenging)

This is a new part of the vegbank:get tag. We could close this bug by adding
the URLChanger to that page. And by adding a metasearch link that only searches
for projects that could be embedded at the top of this page.

sorting is now allowed. Moving this bug to later priority when searching on all
views will be needed.

Project view now does all that is requested here, except for part that is listed
separately in bug 2064.
