ok, working on this

we actually want 2000 plots in vegbank by end of Feb. Don't need to be NPS
plots. Perhaps some of the failed NPS plots will make it this time.

Data output to XML from VegBranch. Ready to load.

Jim's 3800 plots loaded to VegBank2. Need to do some compressing of duplicates
and QA. TAxonINtperpretation.party_ID is wrong, due to VegBranch error.
Suggest SQL manual fix AFTER BACKING UP DB.

created SQL to run against DB to fix TaxonInterpreters. Testing on aldo now.
TaxonInterpreter is either plot author or PI, whichever is available for NPS plots.

successful QA completed, focusing on FK's for each observation, compiling the
total number of related entities and comparing for source (vegbranch) and
destination (vegbank). Matches were 100% correct, except for classContribs,
which might not have been written into XML. Checking on that last aspect.

changed from components that are to be deleted to "misc" so that bugs don't get
deleted with component. Sorry for all the email.
