We should think about adding codes for a quicker, more accurate way of
referencing closed list items. i.e. "Interfluve" for "interfluve (crest,
summit, high place in the crags)", etc.

Addionally, and slightly differently, we might consider developing similar
handles for people to reference VegBank plant concepts, comm concepts, parties,
soil taxa, cover methods, stratum methods, references, citations, user defined
values, named places, strata, plant/comm parties. These could be similar to the
Accession number for the plot/obs so that one could uniquely reference the
different elements from outside VegBank, or in a distributed VegBank.
