Description
The exception handling in MonarchServlet needs to be made a bit more user
friendly. As it is the error messages are a bit terse. just need to add some
handling into the catch sections to make it a bit nicer to deal with and a bit
more verbose.

the log file, code file and execution information is now passed out of the
plugin and is accessible through the AnalyticalEnginePluginException interface.
