When you get an email from the new account registration, there's a link to activate the account. The page that displays the success message (first time) and/or the error message (what you'll see now that I activated this particular account) does not have any left margin so it looks a little unpolished.

It may also be present in the default and gulfwatch themes. Probably a simple CSS rule.
