Description
If a user opens Morpho and does NOT login, sometimes metacat is seached for
public packages owned by the user even though the results are not displayed in
the resultSet! (This occurs when one asks to "Open existing data packages")
This needless search occurs when the user searched Metacat on the previous
invocation of Morpho because that information is stored in the users profile
doc. We should either not search metacat or display public docs on metacat in
the open dialog.

Modified startup to set metacat search to false until set otherwise by user (for
example, set to true when logging in).
