4) I suppose we need a review committee for these things, at least until
we decide otherwise. For the interim I propose that Don, Mike J and I
constitute the committee and that you coordinate the process. Although
this application will be an easy YES, we still ought to take the
opportunity to put the system through its paces. Collect our votes and if
there is any disagreement compile the responses and forward to the other
members of the certification committee. I suppose the real issue on this
one is the level -- ... level 3 which I assume to be Professional meaning at
least 1 years experience with the system. How do we decide whther [someone] is
ready for 3 as opposed to 2? I suppose we ought to discuss the critera at the
meeting in Savannah.
