Description
Should remove the Attr check box and ALWAYS show editable attribute (e.g. eml
attributes) in the XML Editor tree. This may involve some work in parsing the
Schema doc to determine required and optional attributes.

Attr check box removed; attributes always shown in tree as first child elements
of the node where they occur.
