Description

Add documentation of VegBranch Loading tables to vegbranch website, plus
handout/cookbook from Lee Anne.

This has been done, but not tested on site, as tekka is down and other machines
different configured (:8080).

should test once site is released for 1.0.2

Help screens are in the process of shifting to web-based help from any control
on any form. Still working on moving the actual help info to the web-based
system. Much smoother and friendlier than the old red ? on the screen.
