Description
The Morpho editor tries to validate any document changes. Thie validation code
apparently works OK as long as the path to the root does not include any
directories with spaces in the directory name. However, on Windows, if the
Morpho directory is installed inside 'Program Files', validation fails because
the eml.xsd file cannot be located!

Fixed the bug by using UML encoding with any spaces in directory names being
replaced by '%20'
