There is no introductory text in step 12 of 14 like there is in the other
panels. This should be added to the top near "Enter Method Step Description".
That bold text should be decapitalized (except for the first word). A "method
step" is something that definitely needs to be defined and explained.

The bold text "Stud Extent Description" needs to be decapitallized and it needs
puncuation. The rest of the text in that block should be reworded as follows:
"Describe the temporal, spatial and taxonomic extent of the study. This
information supplements the coverage information you may have provided in a
previous step." The example text is fine and should be left.

The bold text "Sampling Description" needs to be decapitalized and it needs
punctuation.

The add method step dialog needs to be resized and it needs more text added to
it. right now it seems very empty. This may be a good place for a longer
description of exactly what a method step is.
